Refunds & Cancellations

EVERLIFT Plus subscriptions are sold through the app stores and our web payment provider. Because those platforms process the payment, refund eligibility and timing are primarily governed by their policies. Here's how it works and how to get help.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep Plus until the end of the current period. Cancelling is not the same as a refund.

  • Apple App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → EVERLIFT → Cancel.
  • Web (if purchased on the web): open the billing portal from Account → Subscription.

Purchases made on Apple App Store

Apple handles these refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through your purchase history in Settings. Apple decides the outcome under its policies.

Purchases made on the web

If you subscribed through our web payment provider, contact us at [SUPPORT_EMAIL] and we'll review your request directly.

Free trials

If your plan includes a free trial, you won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Once a trial converts to a paid period, the refund rules above apply.

Our approach

Where we have discretion — for example, on web purchases or a clear billing error — we aim to be fair and reasonable. Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of [JURISDICTION].
