Common questions.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open Account → Delete my account, then confirm by typing “DELETE”. This requests permanent deletion of your account and personal data. Some records may be retained briefly where required by law or for fraud prevention, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can also start the request from the in-app Account screen.

How do I restore a purchase or manage my subscription?

Go to Account → Restore purchases to sync an existing subscription. To change or cancel, use your device's subscription settings (the App Store), since billing is managed there. See Refunds for more.

Why am I not getting notifications?

EVERLIFT uses local reminders on your device. Make sure notifications are enabled for EVERLIFT in your device settings, then turn on the reminder types you want in Account → Notifications and pick your times. Streak reminders are skipped on days you've already shown up.

Do I need an account to use the app?

You can browse quotes and affirmations as a guest. Saving favorites, journaling, and tracking progress require a free account so your data syncs and stays with you.

Is my journal private?

Yes. Your entries are tied to your account and protected by per-user access controls. We don't sell personal data. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Where does the content come from?

Quotes are original or public-domain — we don't use copyrighted quote libraries. Affirmations are written by you. You own what you create.
