4. Subscriptions & billing

EVERLIFT offers a free tier and a paid subscription, EVERLIFT Plus. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or our web payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period until cancelled. You can manage or cancel through your store account settings. Prices, trials, and terms shown at the point of purchase govern. Refunds are handled under the applicable store's policies — see our Refunds page.

5. Your content

You own the affirmations, journal entries, and reflections you create (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and we do not sell it.

6. Acceptable use

  • Don't use the Service unlawfully or to harm others.
  • Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, or content that is unlawful or abusive.
  • Don't misuse the Service to scrape, resell, or redistribute our content.

7. Our content & intellectual property

The Service, including EVERLIFT branding, design, software, and curated content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Quotes provided in the Service are original or in the public domain. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal use.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data.
